I have 2 points. Point A is in (lat, lon, altitude) format. Point B is in ENU format wrt point A.

I know how to convert Point A to cartesian coordinates. I also need to convert Point B to cartesian coordinates.

How can I do it? I think adding Point B's ENU vector to PointA's cartesian vector would do the trick, but I am not sure.
