I have used the raster calculator in ArcMap to calculate the salinity index (RED-NIR/RED+NIR Khan et al.) over a portion of land which was disturbed by the construction of a solar farm. Landsat 8 imagery was used with a spatial resolution of 30x30m. Salinity values directly over the panels are not accurate since these values are altered due to reflectance from the panels. How can I eliminate these false salinity values but keep the salinity values of the soil around and in between the panels?

I've included the salinity index raster image below, generally the distinguishable, vertical tracks are the spaces in between each set of panels and the data i would like to keep.

Blue values depict low salinity and red values depict high salinity
