I am trying to access an internal website, hosted in the central office, from my desktop at a branch office.

When trying to access this site I receive this error:

"has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin'
header is present on the requested resource"

What would cause this error and how would I fix it?
If i access it from an outside (external from the network) location,i.e. from my home, it goes through.

  • I am not sure this is a GIS Based Question. Please consider posting to one of the other (Software / Programming) stack sites. could you include some more information, how are you trying to access this site? Through a browser, script, software package? then add more information: browser type or script language or which software?
