According to the Modifying representation properties help, I can manually change any FeatureClass properties such as rotate or change it's offset.
I want to rotate a point according to the objects around it. For example, the house rotates in the direction of the road.
Manual feature change is very time-consuming.
Can I change it automatically in Python?

I want to rotate a point according to the objects around it. For example, the house rotates in the direction of the road.
Manual feature change is very time-consuming.
