After many unsuccessful searches I resign myself to ask a question on this forum.
I am looking for a tool on qgis or arcgis that allows to create a polyline layer from a polygon layer where a polyline is drawn by polygon. The polyline drawn being the main direction of the polygon and being within the polygon.
Below an example in image:
