I´ve been experiencing difficulties with a simple network analyst tool.

I have a grid of points spread over a network and I am attempting to calculate the distance between each one of these points to a selected destination.

I am using OD Cost Matrix, as this would do the job. Unfortunately, the result is not what expected as the software is unable to calculate all the OD lines. It seems to go on a specific direction (see below).

Any thoughts on how to solve this ? (can send the files if required; I´m using ArcGIS 10.6.1)
