(1) I have a layer of points that identify services (Library, Hospital, police, etc.)

(2) I have a buffer layer of the area of influence of each service.

(3) There are several places where areas of infuence overlap.
That is, places where they get hospital, library, police services, etc.

(4) I need to isolate the overlaped areas and know how many and which services are overlaped.

(5) Because the buffer is a single layer I do not know with which operation I can get this.

(6) The image is only an example, I have several points and I can't isolate them and make a buffer for each one because it's too much information.

(7) I'm currently working with ArcGIS 10.3 but I don't care to work with QGIS 2.18 or 3.
