I am trying to get the value column of a raster data set to match a separate set of values for Landuse/Land cover.
The separate data set has LULC codes that are not numerically sequential. For instance: 1,4,5,6,7,9,14,15,17.
My experience of the 'Value' column, however is that it is numerically sequential: 1,2,3,4,5 etc.
Is it possible to get the Value column to match separate data?
Thanks.

What software are you using? Do you have a table that has existent LULC to prospective LULC?
