Anyone can download it free after agree the disclaimer. However, after unzip the downloaded file, I really get lost. it is a folder called "NAD_20180215.gdb" which contains a lot of "a000000*.*" files which I believe is for some applications to recognise.
Can anyone tell me how to use this data? How can we convert it to SQL database?
