I am working on a very large mapping application (more than 10 million polygons). For that purpose, I have purchased a dedicated server from OVH. The linux based server is given to me.
I want to configure Postgresql, Geoserver and a web server so that I can connect them remotely.
Using SSH, I have installed Postgresql and Xampp.
I don't know how to configure Postgresql so that I can connect it remotely from my local computer.
How to set up server so that I can host my website (mapping application) and publish it online.
I will install Geoserver but need to know how to access it using my server's ip.
