Missing image in custom arcmap toolbar
I am getting a [Missing] icon for a toolbar using arcobjects. I have never seen this before and cant find any information on it.
The custom extension that is this tool bar was written in vb.net using arcobjects. I am currently trying to migrate the program to work in 10.5
