In QGIS 3.4.2 and previous versions, if I make a change in SQL Server such as adding a new SQL table with geometry, I cannot get QGIS to show this change. Refreshing, deleting and readding the connection or closing and opening QGIS doesn't help. Is this a bug or is there a workaround?

In QGIS 3.4.2 and previous versions, if I make a change in SQL Server such as adding a new SQL table with geometry, I cannot get QGIS to show this change. Refreshing, deleting and readding the connection or closing and opening QGIS doesn't help. Is this a bug or is there a workaround?
