Analysis of break points using breaks for additive season and trend (BFAST) in R (version 3.5.2)
Executing BFAST in R is taking 3.5 seconds for a single pixel so to process the whole data it is taking days. The machine I am working on is using intel core i7-7700 gen,3.6Ghz , 16 gb RAM, 64 bit OS.
Is there a way to increase the performance of bfast in R?
