I have numbers of HDF files from NASA(product:MCD19A2), and I put them into mosaic dataset. I also have a vector layer.I want to extract the value into the vector layer. The data have time dimension. I build two mosaic dataset , one is contain 2013/01/01 raster data, the other contain 2013/01/01-2013/01/02, I found that when I use zonal statistics as table tool, the result is same. so I wonder how zonal statistics with mosaic dataset works? statistics with all raster in mosaic dataset or the first one or other algorithm?
I also wonder how to extract data in mosaic dataset as panel data(have time in the table)
